The removal of heavily encrusted grease and carbon from ovens, grills and smokehouses require a special type of cleaner. Oven, Grill and Smokehouse Cleaner is a highly concentrated cleaner that utilizes the strength of potent alkaline detergents and grease cutters to remove tough deposits with easse. Safe to use on metal, concrete, tile, plastic, rubber, or painted surfaces, yet tough enough to cut through heavy dirt, grease, and grime build-up for thorough cleaning. Food must be removed or protected during cleaning, and food contact surfaces must be rinsed with potable water.
